BUSINESS MATTERS
Insurance:
The firm maintains professional liability insurance as well as other normal forms of business insurance.

Fees:
Each project is quoted individually based upon scope and complexity. We attempt to always be fee competetive. Most projects are contracted on a fixed fee based upon a program and task list mutually agreed upon by the client and our firm. An initial meeting or two to discuss the project and fee proposal is always complimentary.

Contracts:
Most of our projects are contracted using standard AIA form documents with minor modifications. They are widely recognized as industry standards.

Consultants:
We enjoy a close ongoing relationship with our engineering consultants offering direct contact with firm principals

DESIGN APPROACH
  • Context must be recognized and analyzed for potential design influence.
  • Respect the wishes and budget of our clients.
  • Work hard to find solutions that seem effortless.
  • Achieve a timeless style rather than being trendy.
  • Remember and honor the end user. Give them more than they reasonably expect.
  • Innovate.
  • Engineer resolved solutions using today's technology.
  • Intergrate all of the elements into a final solution.
