| Project Description: |
| El Camino Real Country Club is located in
Oceanside, California. It offers membership privileges, as well
as daily fee play. Both the main building and pool houses were
dated in appearance and use. Some changes were desired by the
owner to make the facilities more attractive and useable. |
-
A new membership sales office was added
adjacent to the main lobby, with upgraded lighting and
other changes in the area.

The snack bar was redesigned, enlarged
and upgraded.

A conference/multi-purpose room was added
to host events.

A trellised patio was added overlooking
the pool for daily use by snack bar guests, and available
as an outdoor dining space for special funtions.
