Rancho Vista is located in Palmdale, California in North Los Angeles County. It is a new golf course and new clubhouse. Membership privilages are available, as well as daily fee play. The owner wished to include banquet facilities, as well as a separate bar and full dining room. The following features were included in the clubhouse.

A pro-shop with a starter's position overlooking the first tee.
A full service restaurant overlooking the golf course and the water feature on the eighteenth green.
A banquet room for weddings, service clubs and other community functions.
A full service kitchens with related dry storage, cooler and freezer space.
