| Project Description: |
| The Vineyards at Escondido is a new public
daily fee golf course located in North San Diego County. The
projet was an interesting public / private venture. The land
for the course is leased from the cities of San Diego and Escondido
to a private operator. The clubhouse, cartbarn, and maintenance
facility were all built as new structures. As a public course,
the budget was limited. The project received a design award
from the city of Escondido Design Review Board. |
