| Project Description: |
| The site is like a park with lawn, huge oaks
and other trees and is located on 20 acres overlooking the Wye
River on the Eastern shore of Maryland. Although large and well
constructed, the existing residence lacked several features
desired by the owners. The following additions and improvements
were incorporated. |
- New indoor pool with related facilities. The pool room
is designed with a number of skylights for natural light.
- The pool area will include a high-capacity dehumidification
system.
- New basement and multi-purpose room.
- New recreational room with a display style cooking adjacent
to a new large screened porch. Both rooms will enjoy sweeping
views of the lawn and river beyond.
- Enlarge the existing garage.
- Upgrade lighting and finishes throughout.
- Design and install a" Tropical Themed" mural
on the walls of the indoor pool area.
